Types of Investor Partners
- Active Investors – Individuals or companies interested in purchasing real estate investments for the purpose of buying to sell or buying to rent. These consist of “flippers” and landlords.
- Passive Investors – Accredited investors or companies that want to partner on real estate investments as silent JV money partners or private lenders.
Investor Program Offerings
The majority of times our deal structures depends on a number of variables, including the strength of the relationship as well as the deal itself, but generally our investors fall into one of these program offerings listed below.
An equity partnership in which the lender puts up funds necessary to purchase and/or renovate a particular project in exchange for an equity position in the investment. See below for our program structures.

A partnership in which a lender receives a note and mortgage as collateral in exchange for a loan secured by the investment property. These investors favor a steady interest rate on their money over profit potential. This type of loan is highly secured and comes with a 1st position security against the property.
